Fitness and Experience

• There is a weight capacity of the aircraft. This is for safety. Passengers will be weighed prior to boarding.
• No passenger in my group can exceed the 300-pound weight limit. Exceeding this weight limit violates the safety regulations.
• Any party or individual exceeding the limits of this policy may be unable to take the tour and will not be refunded.
• There may be a surcharge of $50 per guests who's weight is off by 15 pounds or more.

More Information

• At least one member of the party is able to translate safety instructions for any non English speakers The duration of each tour starts at the scheduled start time, if your party is late your tour will be shorter, assuming there is enough time to fly your tour.
• If we have capacity to extend the availability of our pilots and aircraft to accommodate late parties a late arrival fee of $100 will be applied.
• If pilots or aircraft are not available for same-day, flight can be rebooked for next available date.
