Is there a weight limit for skydiving in Houston?

Yes, there are weight limits for Houston skydiving. For the safety of both jumpers and tandem masters, the weight limit at the Houston drop zone is 265 lbs. Please note, though, that skydivers over 220 lbs. will need to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure the harness will safely fit and all physical requirements can be safely met.

How old do you have to be to skydive in Houston?

Per mandate by the federal government and USPA, all Houston skydivers must be aged 18 years or older. We’re sorry but no exceptions or parental consent allowances can be made.

How much does a Houston skydive cost?

Covering your training and jump, skydiving in Houston ranges between $199 and $219 per jumper depending on the day you choose. Please note, weight surcharges apply for jumpers over 220 lbs.

Is Houston skydiving safe?

Skydiving in Houston is as safe as we can possibly make it. All tandem masters are certified by the United States Parachute Association, all pilots are FAA trained and certified, and all planes are regularly inspected & maintained per FAA regulations.
